Coffee Country

Colombia's eje cafetero provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

Colombian farmers grow their world-famous coffee all across the country, but the centrally-located eje cafetero, otherwise known as coffee country, is where you’ll find most of the action. The vast region offers travelers a variety of activities and escapes. Our favorite is the bohemian pueblo of Salento, Quindio, where we like to go when want to escape the hustle-and-bustle of the city.
